All resident Indians aged 21 years and above, salaried or self-employed, are eligible for a personal loan with Indiabulls Dhani.
On what criteria will the loan be sanctioned to me?
All loans are sanctioned basis the internal policies of Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited.
When will I get the Personal Loan?
At Indiabulls Dhani, the aim is to provide personal loans directly to your bank account almost instantly.
What are the securities/collaterals/guarantors I need to provide?
As per Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited policy, no security, collateral or guarantors are required for obtaining a Personal Loan from Indiabulls Dhani.
What loan amount can I avail?
A resident Indian can avail loans from ₹ 1,000 to ₹ 15 Lakhs

How can I check the status of my loan application?
If you have applied for a personal loan with Indiabulls Dhani via the mobile application or website, you can view the progress of your loan application in the loan progress bar within the journey. In case you have applied via the offline process, you can check your loan status by writing in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How secure is the information provided by me?
Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption standards to ensure that there is no misuse of any information shared by customers.
What are my loan tenure options?
You can select different loan tenure options ranging from 3 months to 36 months depending on the loan amount that you choose.
What is an EMI?
An EMI or equated monthly instalment is the equally divided monthly instalment that is paid towards clearing out an outstanding loan in a stipulated period of time. Repayment by way of EMI commences from the month after you take full disbursement.
What is Pre-EMI?
Pre-EMI is the interest paid on the Loan Amount availed before the start of the actual EMI. Pre-EMI is the Interest deducted for the broken period from the fully disbursed loan amount at the time of disbursement.
What is broken period?
In the event that the first due date for payment of EMI is after a period of 30 days from the date of disbursement of the loan amount, the additional number of days beyond this period is known as the broken period. An upfront interest is deducted for this broken period from the loan amount at the time of disbursement.
What are the types of rate of interests offered?
Fixed rate of interest is the only type of rate of interest that will be offered for all Indiabulls Dhani applications.
How is the interest charged/ calculated?
Interest is calculated at monthly rates using a reducing balance method. We consider a 30 day month and 360 day year for interest calculations.
When is my next EMI due? How can I view my EMI Status?
Your complete loan details, inclusive of EMI status and next due date, are available once you login to your account on the mobile app or the website.
How do I change my EMI due date?
As per Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited policy, the EMI due date cannot be changed post disbursement of the loan amount.
What are the modes of paying the EMI?
EMIs can be paid via NACH mode.
What would be my instalment cycle date?
Your installment cycle date will be the due date selected by you during your loan sanction process.
We currently offer 2 due dates – 2nd & 5th of every month.
Can I make part pre-payment before the 1st EMI?
As per the Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited policy, part pre-payment is not allowed before the 1st EMI.
Can I have a co-applicant for my personal loan?
As per Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited policy, there is no provision for a co-applicant for your Personal Loan.
What are the stages involved while applying for a personal loan with Indiabulls Dhani?
1. Application Submission
– You need to submit a completely filled application form.
2. Soft Approval
– Provided based on your loan requirements and tenure.
3. Hard Approval
– Provided based on Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited credit policies, you will get a loan approval for a specific loan amount and tenure.
– The approved loan amount after deduction of charges is credited to your bank account.
What is a Monthly Reducing Balance?
In a monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the balance outstanding.
What is an amortization schedule?
An amortization schedule is a table giving the reduction of your loan amount by monthly instalments. The amortization schedule gives the break-up of every EMI Standing principal of your loan.
Can I foreclose or prepay my loan?
You will be allowed to foreclose your Personal Loan, as per Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited policy.
Why does my digital signature appear as ‘Signature Not Verified’ in Adobe Acrobat Reader after e-Signing a document?
This may happen if the trusted root certificate list in your Adobe Acrobat Reader is not up and open your digitally signed document. Your digital signature should now appear as valid.
How can I get my statements for re-payment schedule / interest certificates / statement of accounts / no objection certificate?
All important loan related documents are emailed to your registered email ID. You can log on to the same and view the documents. Alternately, you can also reach out to our customer care for any assistance.
How will I get to know my complete loan details?
You can log in to the Dhani mobile app or our website to view your complete loan details.
How to send any proof?
You can upload all necessary documents on the mobile application or website during the application process. If you face any trouble in uploading the same, you can contact the customer care and share the same on email. Ensure that you mention the Loan Account Number against each communication.
How can I make my overdue payment?
You can make overdue payments via NEFT/RTGS to our registered bank accounts. Our customer care will assist you in completing the same.
I am a self-employed customer. Can I still avail a personal loan with Indiabulls Dhani?
Yes. Indiabulls Dhani is available to both salaried and self-employed individuals.
Can I receive the disbursement amount to a different bank account from my salary account?
We will only disburse your loan amount to your verified bank account. To safeguard your interests, we do not disburse loans to unverified bank accounts.
I don’t want to provide a selfie. What do I do?
As per the Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited policy, a photograph is a mandatory requirement for processing of your e-KYC.
My netbanking access has been temporary disabled (Perfios failure). What do I do?
To safeguard your interests, we require you to verify your account through netbanking. In case you are unable to log in to your netbanking account, please contact your bank and resume your application once you regain access.
If you are unable to provide netbanking details, we will be unable to provide you with an instant disbursement. You can opt out of the Indiabulls Dhani application by selecting the ‘I do not have access to my netbanking option after which our Customer care executives will get in touch with you to process your application.
I haven’t received the deliverables (loan agreement, sanction letter, welcome letter). What do?
Ideally, you should have received your documents on your registered email address at the time of loan disbursement.
However, in the case that you haven’t received them, you may also contact us through our Customer care center 1860 419 3333 or write to us at email@example.com and quote your loan account number to receive assistance.

How do I update my CIBIL?
Post closure of your loan, your CIBIL Report will be updated by us by the end of the month following closure.

If I apply for a loan through physical application, how long will it take to process my application?
We would take upto 7 days to process your application, subject to submission of documents and verification’s as per Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited norms.
